Resolutions of the Plenums of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation are judicial acts of interpretation of criminal, administrative and criminal procedural legislation, which are actually mandatory for all law enforcement officials and scientists.

In addition, several resolutions of the Plenums of the Supreme Courts of the USSR and the RSFSR are still in force.

This collection includes all decisions of the Plenums of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, as well as the USSR, RSFSR on criminal, civil (so far only the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation), administrative cases, as well as on the application of criminal procedural legislation that have been adopted and are currently in force. From time to time they are updated and new regulations appear. All of them will be added to the collection in a timely manner. You don't need to buy a new collection, everything will be here.
