eUNRWA is an interactive bilingual mobile platform launched by UNRWA to enhance registration servicThe eUNRWA app is the official digital platform, launched by United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) for Palestine refugees and other eligible persons. With this app, users can access a range of digital services provided by UNRWA, both within and beyond its fields of operation. This first version includes the following services:

• View individual and family registration information

• Update address and contact details

• Submit registration applications for new descendants, marriages, divorces, deaths, and other amendments

• Track the status of registration applications

• Download Family Registration eCardes for Palestine refugees and other eligible persons within its fields of operation and beyond.

Through this platform, Palestine refugees and other eligible persons can:

• View their individual and family registration information

• Update their address and contact details

• Submit registration applications for new descendants, marriages, divorces, deaths, and other amendments

• Track the status of their registration applications

• Download their Family Registration eCard
